Repairs Completed? Reinspect to make sure those repairs are adequate.
Your inspection report yielded issues that required repair. Your seller has completed the repairs that were requested, but how are you supposed to know if those repairs are adequate or even complete? Have us re-inspect those repairs prior to closing to ensure that the issues that were identified have been properly addressed.
Was your home inspection done by someone other than Vaughn Home Inspection? That’s ok! Provide us with the repair request and we can inspect those items that were requested.
