How quickly can my home inspection be scheduled?

In most cases, inspections can be scheduled within a few days. Weekend and evening inspections are available.

How much does an inspection cost?

The cost of an inspection is variable based on square footage, construction type, and location. Request an inspection to receive a quote.

How do you accept payments?

Your invoice will be generated and sent to the email address you have provided. There is a link to pay electronically, or you can pay with a check or cash at the inspection.

My inspection is complete. How long before I get my report?

Inspection reports are generally available 24 hours after the completion of the inspection.

How will I receive my report?

Your inspection report will be sent to you and your real estate agent via email.

Are you licensed and insured?

Vaughn Home Inspection is licensed in the state of South Carolina. License #48738. We are also insured to cover the inspector and the property during the inspection.
